Booking acknowledgements
By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions.

1. Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly ask that cancellations and reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance.
For long appointments (3+ hours), at least 72 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled.
Please note that reminders are automatically sent by email, but it is the client’s responsibility to keep track of their appointment time.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or adjusted to fit the remaining time.
If you are 30 minutes late or more, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.
These policies are in place to respect both your time and ours, and to keep things fair for all clients.
2. Service Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our services. If you experience any issues within 7 days of your appointment, please reach out, and we will provide a touch-up if necessary. After this period, regular charges may apply.
3. Health & Safety
We prioritize nail health and reserve the right to decline service if a client’s nails are in unsuitable condition or may be at risk.
Our studio follows strict hygiene protocols, including sanitizing tools and surfaces after each client. Clients displaying signs of illness may be asked to reschedule for the safety of staff and other clients.
For the safety and comfort of all clients and staff, we ask that you refrain from bringing children or additional guests to your appointment.
Gel products are designed for mature nails. Therefore, we do not offer gel services to children under the age of 15. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and health of developing nails.
4. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed on our booking website and are subject to change.
Tips are appreciated but not mandatory and can be left in cash or added to card payments.
5. Photography & Media
With your consent, we may take photos of completed nail art to share on our social media platforms or website. These images will not be used for any other purpose without explicit permission.
6. Product Policy
We use high-quality gel products and Gel-X extensions. We do not offer acrylic, dip powder, or pedicure services.
7. Changes to Terms
Artiq Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We recommend reviewing them periodically.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Artiq Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, clients exhibiting inappropriate behavior, arriving in an unsuitable physical condition, or not adhering to our studio policies.
